The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the _quot;Company_quot;) herebyannounces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 17February 2022, the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:

1)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;PlayWay Spółka Akcyjna, which exercised voting rights from6,899,999 shares, giving 6,899,999 votes, which corresponds to 46.80 %of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and32.86% of the total number of votes,

2)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Marek Parzyński, who exercised voting rights from2,786,207 shares, giving 2,786,207 votes, which corresponds to 18.90 %of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and13.27 % of the total number of votes,

3)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Piotr Karbowski, who exercised voting rights from2,688,127 shares, giving 2,688,127 votes, which corresponds to 18.23 %of the number of votes present at the Extraordinary General Meeting and12.80 % of the total number of votes,
