The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter the _quot;Company_quot;)informs that due to a technical error, the attachment - a notificationprepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering andConditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading and Public Companies - was not attached to currentreport No. 28/2022. The Company provides this appendix as an attachmentto the report.

The content of current report No. 28/2022 remains unchanged.

Detailed legal basis: Article 70 (1) of the Act on Public Offering andConditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading and Public Companies, in connection with § 15 (2) ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
