The Management Board of ManyDevStudio S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), herebyinforms that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company onNovember 10, 2022 appointed Mr. Lech Klimkowski to the Supervisory Boardof the Company as a member of the Supervisory Board.

The newly appointed member of theSupervisory Board is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorskept pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National CourtRegister and does not conduct any activity competitive to the activityperformed in the Company's enterprise. Moreover, he does not participatein a company competitive to the Company's activities as a partner in acivil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capitalcompany or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Curriculumvitae, containing a description of the abovementioned of a member of theSupervisory Board, education, qualifications and previously heldpositions, together with a description of the professional career,constitutes an appendix to this report.
