2025 Annual General Meeting

Manx Financial Group PLC announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 September 2025 at The Claremont Hotel, 18-22 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LX.  Notice of the AGM, proxy forms and the Statutory Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024 have been posted to Shareholders.

A copy of the AGM Notice and the Statutory Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024 are available for download from the Company's website www.mfg.im .
