Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 8th April 2015 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 147,227 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.975 pence per share on 8th April 2015.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 1,547,227 representing 1.52% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
