Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 7th April 2014 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.75 pence per share on 7th April 2014.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 1,400,000 representing 1.37% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
