Disclosure of Interests in Shares

The Company was notified on 7th April 2014 that Mr Arron Banks, a significant shareholder, transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 7th April 2014 into Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Marquise Holdings Limited a company registered in Gibraltar in which Mr Banks has an interest.

As a result of this change the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest is 30,339,825 representing 29.72% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
