Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 27th September 2013 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 550,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11.00 pence per share on 27th September 2013.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 1,300,000 representing 1.27% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
