Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 30th May 2013 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 321,147 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.9319 pence per share on 30th May 2013.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 750,000 representing 0.84% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
