On 8th September 2023, the Company announced that TransAsia Private Capital Limited had agreed to extend the maturity date of the Company¿s existing debt facility to 30 September 2024 (Extension). In consideration for the Extension and other revisions to the Debt Facility, it was agreed to issue them with an initial tranche of 10,000,000 Financier Options. The initial tranche of 10 million options and the April 2024 tranche of 5 million options has been completed. This issue represents the June 2024 tranche of 5,000,000 Options.
