Retirement of Director

Manuka Resources Limited today announced that Anthony (“Tony”) McPaul will retire from the Board of Manuka Resources after nine years of service. He joined the Company as an independent director in November 2016, following Manuka’s acquisition of the Wonawinta and Mt Boppy assets. His previous hands-on operational and management experience and the advice and guidance he was able to provide, as Manuka progressed through refurbishment to resuming production, was invaluable.

Manuka’s Executive Chair, Dennis Karp, commented “I would like to thank Tony for his tireless contributions to Manuka and our Board over the past nine years. His extensive production expertise, obsession with safety and commonsense approach to corporate activity, have provided Manuka with a unique set of skills. We wish him all the very best in the next phase of his career and thank him for his contributions.”
