Company Secretary Appointment /Resignation

Manuka Resources Ltd (“ Manuka ” or the “ Company ”) (ASX: MKR) advises that Ms Eryn Kestel has been appointed Company Secretary effective from today, 31 May 2024.

Ms Kestel is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has over 28 years corporate experience that includes over 13 years’ in the role of company secretary for ASX listed entities.

The appointment follows the resignation of Ms Toni Gilholme as Company Secretary effective 31 May 2024. Mr Dennis Karp and the Board of Directors would like to thank Ms Gilholme for her invaluable contribution to the Company and support for the Board since April 2016.

The Company further advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, that Ms Kestel is now the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters effective immediately.
