Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Manuka Resources Ltd (“ Manuka ” or the “ Company ”) (ASX: MKR) advises that Dr Nicholas Lindsay has resigned as a Non-Executive Director effective from close of the AGM on Thursday 24[th] November 2022.

Mr Dennis Karp and the Board of Directors would like to thank Dr Lindsay for his invaluable contribution to the Company and support for the Board since June 2019. He played a key role in assisting to guide the Company through its IPO in July 2020 and he also oversaw our silver metallurgical program prior to the commencement of the processing of our silver stockpiles in April of this year. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
