Date of 2024 Annual General Meeting and Director Nominations

Manuka Resources Limited ( Manuka ) anticipates holding the 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Thursday, 28 November 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Manuka provides notification the cut-off date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the AGM is Thursday, 10 October 2024.

Accordingly, written nominations must be received at Manuka’s registered office by no later than 5.00pm (WST ) on Thursday, 10 October 2024.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to Shareholders in due course.
