Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Manuka Resources Limited (Manuka or the Company) (ASX MKR) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its annual general meeting will be held on Thursday 24[th] November 2022. An item of business at the meeting will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 13.3 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 6[th] October 2022.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 6[th] October 2022.

This announcement has been approved for release by Ms Toni Gilholme, the Company Secretary of Manuka Resources Limited.

Manuka has also entered into a binding term sheet to purchase Trans-Tasman Resources Limited, owners of the South Taranaki Bight VTM (vanadiferous titanomagnetite) project.
