Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 201.5, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 23, 2021 to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
