For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Manolete notifies the market of the following.

As at 31 July 2025, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 43,810,966 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 43,810,966 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
