Subject: Update on Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Shree Jee Laboratory Private Limited, JPR Labs Private Limited and Jaspack Industries Private Limited (“Transferor Companies”) with Mankind Pharma Limited (“Transferee Company”/ “The Company”) under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Scheme”/ “Scheme of Amalgamation”)

In continuation to our earlier communication dated October 31, 2023 and in relation to the captioned matter, it is to update your good office that the Company and Transferor Companies had filed a First Motion Application w.r.t. the above referred Scheme of Amalgamation before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench for seeking necessary directions.

The Hon’ble Tribunal vide its Order dated 09.04.2024 and received on 10.04.2024 has allowed the above First Motion Application of Company and Transferor Companies. The Second Motion application will be filed with the Hon’ble Tribunal within the prescribed timelines.
