Commitments to retain shares Manitou Group (Pacte Dutreil)
Ancenis, December 23, 2022 - MANITOU BF has been informed of the signature, on December 16, 2022, by shareholders belonging to the Braud family branch of five Dutreil agreements (commitments to retain MANITOU BF shares entered into for the purposes of Article 787 B of the French General Tax Code).
In accordance with AMF position 2004-02, the characteristics of these five Dutreil agreements are set out below.
