Manitou Group announces governance evolution
Ancenis, November 26, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Manitou BF met today. Michel Denis's third term will come to an end on June 11, 2026, at the close of the Annual General Meeting. A recruitment process has been launched by the Board of Directors to appoint a successor. At the request of the Board of Directors, Michel Denis will continue to fully exercise his duties until the end of his term, thereby ensuring a smooth and organized transition.
Jacqueline Himsworth, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated: "I sincerely thank Michel Denis for the immense work accomplished over his three terms. Since 2014, under his leadership, the group has seen its revenue grow significantly from 1.2 billion in 2013 to 2.7 billion euros in 2024, restored and then improved its financial profitability, accelerated its sustainability initiatives, invested heavily in its production sites, and paid a regular dividend. The group has successfully navigated crises with resilience while preserving its independence and financial strength, as well as its number one position in the telehandler sector. Manitou Group is now a key player in the world of the handling and aerial work platform sectors. Michel Denis has fulfilled his mission with passion while preserving the group's DNA. Together with the new Executive Committee, he will continue to support the implementation of the new LIFT 2030 organization until the end of his term, before handing over to the future CEO, whose name will be announced at a later date."
