Pursuant to Regulation 30( 4) read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we would like to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. 22 nd May, 2021, has appointed M/s. Pinchaa & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for Financial Year 2021-22.
The details required under Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 read with SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 issued thereunder is attached herewith as Annexure A.
