In continuance of the intimation regarding Board Meeting held on 18th February, 2019 regarding in-principle approval given by Board for Amalgamation of Mangalam Timber Products Limited with Mangalam Cement Limited, We would like to inform that pursuant to applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Board of the Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e. Saturday, the 09th March, 2019 at Kolkata, has approved the Amalgamation of Mangalam Timber Products Limited with Mangalam Cement Limited, on the basis of recommendation made by the Audit Committee of the Board.

Further the Board has also approved loan upto Rs. 5.00 Crores to Mangalam Timber Products Limited on the basis of recommendation made by the Audit Committee to the Board.
