(IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with various circulars issued by MCA and SEBI from time to time, to consider, and if thought fit, to approve, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Manaksia Limited and Manaksia Ferro Industries Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) (“Scheme”) read with allied Rules.
