Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 15% June, 2021 /nter-a/ia, to:

• a) consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31% March, 2021.
• b) recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting.

Further, please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and. Report: Trading by Designated Persons, ('the code') the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company which has been closed from 1st April, 2021, will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed.

This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 and any other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and/or any other applicable law.
