We regret to announce the sad demise of Mrs. Smita Khaitan (DIN: 01116869), Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of the Company, on today i.e. Friday, 21st May 2021.
Mrs. Khaitan was associated with the Company for more than a decade time. She was also the member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. The Company immensely benefitted from her vision and guidance during her tenure of association with the Company.
All the directors and employees of the Company pay homage to her departed soul.
