Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

Following the approval of the resolutions at the General Meeting of the Company on 17 December 2015, Management Consulting Group announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of a block listing of 9,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each. Admission is expected to occur on 24 December 2015. These shares will, if and when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The shares being admitted to trading will be used to satisfy share awards under the Company's Restricted Share Plan and Restricted Share Plan 2.
