In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Nigel Halkes, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.  

Mr Halkes acquired 60,000 Ordinary Shares on 21 December 2015 at a price of 14.75 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Halkes has a notifiable interest in 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
