Directors' / PDMR's Shareholdings 

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Chiheb Mahjoub, an executive director of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.  

On 31 May 2014, Mr Mahjoub acquired 173,170 Ordinary Shares on the vesting of a deferred bonus for the year ended 31 December 2011.  The shares were acquired net of social security and tax for nil consideration and will be transferred to Mr Mahjoub by the trustees of the Company's employee benefit trust. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Mahjoub has a notifiable interest in 3,439,532 Ordinary Shares representing 0.69 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
