Directors' / PDMR's Shareholdings 

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.  

Mr Stagg acquired 29,000 Ordinary Shares on 20 March 2013 at an average price of 30.84 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg has a notifiable interest in 803,154 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
