Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received a prestigious line pipe order of approximately Rs.1,850 Crores (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Crores Only) which is the largest single order in the Company’s history. One of the most reputable Oil & Gas International Company awarded Man Industries to supply high value-added line pipes of API5L Grade for this mega offshore (Oil & Gas) project. This order is expected to be delivered during the next 12 to 18 months.

The total unexecuted order book as of today stands at approximately Rs.4000 Crores (Rupees Four Thousand Crores only).

This order reflects the robust business environment and showcases the trust of the customers they have in the Company’s technological and executional capabilities.

The additional details required as per SEBI Circular dated 9[th] September, 2015, is attached as Annexure “A”.
