Transactions in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of its US$100 million share repurchase programme announced on 12 April 2018.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.  Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,867,817 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,608,274,496 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 8,508,369 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 186.4838 pence per share.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
