Transactions in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of its US$100 million share repurchase programme announced on 12 April 2018.

Time of transaction:	08:00 to 16:30
Highest price per share:	197.2000
Lowest price per share:	193.5000
Weighted average price per share:	196.1655

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 1,612,175,066 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 4,607,799 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 186.8104 pence per share.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
