Transaction in our own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 21st February 2018 it purchased for cancellation 626,941 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 186.3091 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 13th October 2017.  The highest price paid per share was 188.50 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 184.75 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Broker: Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 19,723,931 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 195.8861 pence per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,634,301,464.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
