Transaction in our own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22nd November 2017 it purchased for cancellation 177,480 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 195.8436 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 13th October 2017.  The highest price paid per share was 197.90 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 195.30 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Broker: Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 6,793,984 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 191.8002 pence per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,647,148,335.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
