Transaction in our own shares

Man Group plc announces that on 5 May 2015 it purchased for cancellation 2,333,096 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 195.69 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$175 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 25 February and 27 February 2015.  The highest price paid per share was 197.6 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 193.3 pence.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,713,122,221  

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
