Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 13 March 2020, awards or options over ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each in the Company were granted under the Company's incentive plans to the individuals listed below, who are considered to be persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").

Conditional awards have been granted under the Man Group plc 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan and will vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions, three years after grant.  Shares subject to vested awards will then be delivered to participants two years later.

Nil-cost options have been granted under the Man Group plc 2019 Deferred Share Plan.  Options will become exercisable as to one third on each anniversary of grant and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of grant. Additional options, which will become exercisable on the fifth anniversary of grant, have been granted to Robyn Grew and Sandy Rattray and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of grant. Options which are held by participants subject to US tax will be exercised automatically as soon as they become exercisable.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
