1. Grant of Share Awards
On 10th March 2016, the following share awards over ordinary shares in Man Group plc were granted to directors and the President of Man Group plc in respect of deferred bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2015:
Emmanuel Roman, Chief Executive Officer
A conditional award granted under the Man Group 2013 Deferred Executive Incentive Plan over 769,453 ordinary shares vesting in three equal tranches three to five years from the grant date.
Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer
A conditional award granted under the Man Group 2013 Deferred Executive Incentive Plan over 553,044 ordinary shares vesting in three equal tranches three to five years from the grant date.
Luke Ellis, President
A nil cost option granted under the Man Group 2016 Deferred Share Plan over 445,472 ordinary shares vesting in three equal tranches one to three years from the grant date.
2. Share Transactions
On 10th March 2016, Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer:
a) exercised at nil consideration on the vesting date a share award over 1,213,987 ordinary shares in Man Group plc granted in March 2013 under the Man Group 2012 Deferred Bonus Share and Option Plan; and
b) disposed of 571,830 ordinary shares at a price of 151.0402 pence per share to cover the related income tax liability.
The Company was advised of the above share award grants and transactions on 10th March 2016.
