Grant of Share Awards
On 12th March 2015, the following share awards were granted to directors of Man Group plc under the Man Group 2013 Deferred Executive Incentive Plan in respect of their long-term deferred bonus for the financial year ended 31 December 2014:
Emmanuel Roman, Chief Executive Officer
Conditional award over 484,902 ordinary shares vesting in three equal tranches three to five years from grant date.
Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer
Conditional award over 303,063 ordinary shares vesting in three equal tranches three to five years from grant date.
Share Transactions
On 12th March 2015, Jonathan Sorrell:
1. Exercised at nil consideration a share award over 97,738 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents
each granted in March 2012 under the Man Group Deferred Share Plan; and
2. Disposed of 46,038 ordinary shares at a price of 195.6275 pence per share sold to cover the
related income tax liability.
The Company was advised of the above share award grants and transactions on the same day.
