On 12 September 2014, Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of Man Group plc (the "Company"), was granted an option under the Man Group 2012 Sharesave Scheme to acquire 16,833 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each in the Company, at an option price of 90p per share, which is exercisable between 1 October 2019 and 31 March 2020.
