This notification relates to transactions to be notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a)

On 26th June 2014, the following transactions in the ordinary shares of Man Group plc were completed by Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of Man Group plc. The Company was informed of the transactions on the same day. 

Share Transactions:

Exercise at nil consideration of a share award over 100,147 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each granted in August 2011 under the Man Group plc Deferred Share Plan.

Disposal of 47,173 ordinary shares at a price of 101.16 pence per share sold to cover the related income tax liability with the remaining 52,974 shares retained.
