On 19 December 2014 Emmanuel Roman (CEO, Man Group plc), transferred 668,449 Man Group plc ordinary shares to Tate Americas Foundation and 215,000 Man Group plc ordinary shares to The University of Chicago, both transfers being gifts for nil consideration. The Company was advised of the transfers on the same date.
