On 13th June 2013, the following transactions were completed by Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of Man Group plc. The Company was informed of the transactions on the same day. 

Share Transactions:

Exercise at nil consideration of a share award over 94,791 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each granted in August 2011 under the Man Group plc Deferred Share Plan.

Disposal of 44,650 ordinary shares at a price of 85.65 pence per share sold to cover the related income tax liability with the remaining 50,141 shares retained.
