In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14(2), Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Matthew Lester, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed to the Boards of Barclays PLC and Barclays Bank PLC as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2017.  He will also join the Board Audit and the Board Risk Committees on appointment.
