Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 25 October 2016 that Luke Ellis, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had:

·     Exercised options to acquire, for nil consideration, 1,241,020 ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company under the Man Group Deferred Share Plans.  Those shares were delivered to Luke Ellis on 25 October 2016.

·      Acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company at a price of 125.711851 pence per share on 25 October 2016.
