On 13th March 2013, the following transactions were completed by, and share award was made to, Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of Man Group plc. The Company was informed of the transactions on the same day. 

Share Transactions:

Exercise at nil consideration of a share award over 85,384 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each granted in March 2012 under the Man Group plc Deferred Share Plan.

Disposal of 44,498 ordinary shares at a price of 102.0414 pence per share sold to cover the related income tax liability.

Deferred Bonus Share Award:

Conditional award over 1,013,951 ordinary shares granted under the Man Group 2012 Deferred Bonus Share and Option Plan. Vesting date 15th March 2016.
