Correction: Man Group plc - Total Voting Rights

The announcement that was released with reference number 9094R on 31 October 2013 contained an error relating to the total voting rights of the Company. The correct

number of total voting rights in Man Group plc is 1,823,733,081 and not 1,823,728,825 as previously stated. This announcement replaces the previous version.

In conformity with 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Man Group plc announces that its total issued listed share capital, with voting rights, at the close of business on 31 October 2013 comprised 1,823,733,081 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each fully paid.

The above figure of 1,823,733,081 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, Man Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
