Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

Mamba Exploration Limited (ASX: M24 or the Company ) advises that it has completed the issue of 44,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in connection with the placement announced on 2 February 2026.

Further details regarding the issue of the Shares are contained in the Appendix 2A released on or about the date of this notice. The Company advises that details of the issue is detailed in the Company‘s ASX announcement released on 2 February 2026.

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

• (a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (b) the Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• (c) there is no excluded information as at the date of this notice, for the purposes of sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act that is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
