Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

Mamba Exploration Limited (ACN 644 571 826) (‘ Mamba ’, ‘ M24 ’ or the ‘ Company ’) advises that Michael Dunbar has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mamba Exploration Limited to pursue other opportunities within the mineral exploration and development industry. To ensure that the Company continues to comply with its constitution, Mike has agreed to continue to act as a director until a suitable replacement can be recruited. Additionally, Mike has agreed to continue to act as CEO until a time mutually agreed with the Board to allow a replacement to be recruited.

Justin Boylson, Non-Executive Chairman said:

“ The Board of Mamba would like to thank Mike for his efforts as one of the founding directors of the Company and managing the Company through the IPO and after listing on the ASX. We wish Mike all the best with his future endeavours. The board is currently in the process of finding a replacement.”

Mike Dunbar said:

“ It has been a pleasure to have been able to work with the vendors of the projects which have formed the foundation of the Company and my fellow founding Directors in Simon Andrew and Justin Boylson in forming the Company. It has been enjoyable being able to put together a small but dedicated team and to pair them with a diverse portfolio of projects within Western Australia which has allowed us to actively explore year-round on our southern “summer projects” and our northern “winter projects” and to progress the projects over the last 2 ½ years. I look forward to watching the Company progress the projects and I firmly believe that there are discoveries that will be made on the projects, which will form the foundation of a strong Company for many years to come .”
