Board Changes

Mamba Exploration Limited (ACN 644 571 826) (‘ Mamba ’, ‘ M24 ’ or the ‘ Company ’) is pleased to advise Ms Felicity Repacholi-Muir has been appointed as Non-Executive Director effective immediately. This appointment follows the departure of Michael Dunbar who resigned as a member of the Board of Directors on 20 July 2023 (refer announcement dated 8 June 2023).

Ms Repacholi-Muir is a professional geologist (BSc, Geol & Soil Sc) and brings extensive experience in mineral exploration and resource development to the Company, having worked with several public and private companies across a 20-year career. Felicity brings significant management experience and is currently Managing Director of Recharge Metals Limited (ASX: REC) and Non-Executive Director of Widgie Nickel Ltd (ASX: WIN).

The Company would like to thank Mike for his significant contribution to the Company since formation. Mike was a founding director of the Company and was instrumental in securing the Company’s Projects following which he ran the Initial Public Offer (IPO) process and managed the Company from listing on the ASX in February 2021 to now. The Board wishes Mike the best of success with his future endeavours.
