DATE OF AGM &CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Mamba Exploration Limited ( ASX:M24 ) (“ Mamba ” or the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29 November 2023. A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to ASX and provided to Shareholders in the middle of October 2023.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the Annual General Meeting is 11 October 2023. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm AWST on 11 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.
